Who It's For:
PATH is designed for recent Masters graduates who are passionate about teaching and eager to make a meaningful impact in education. PATH provides the essential foundation to become an effective and reflective educator.

Key Content:
The programme blends theory with practice, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate today’s classrooms. Key areas of focus include:

  • The Art & Science of Teaching – Foundational principles of pedagogy, curriculum design, and student engagement.

  • Learning & Human Development – Understanding how students learn and grow, with insights from cognitive science and psychology.

  • Classroom Leadership & Culture – Strategies for creating inclusive, equitable, and dynamic learning environments.

  • Assessment & Feedback – Tools for evaluating learning progress and fostering a growth mindset.

  • Real-World Teaching Experience – Hands-on teaching practice with mentorship and coaching from experienced educators.

Duration:
PATH is a six-month immersive program, combining structured learning, interactive workshops, and in-classroom practice.

IMPACT is designed for practicing educators who seek to deepen their expertise, refine their teaching strategies, and stay at the forefront of educational innovation. These one-day masterclasses are ideal for teachers across all levels who are committed to continuous professional growth.

Each masterclass focuses on a high-impact topic, combining research-based insights with practical applications. Sessions are interactive, hands-on, and designed to provide immediately usable strategies. Topics include:
